Katrina Santos has a diverse work experience. Starting in 2002, they worked as an Assistant Manager at Pho Kim Restaurant, where they acquired a Food Managers Certification and provided excellent customer service. From 2009 to 2011, they served as a Medical Assistant at Dermatology & Dermatologic Surgery, managing phone calls, data entry, and prescription authorization. In 2011, they worked as a Federal HR Assistant at YRCI, preparing recruitment lists and gathering job applications. In 2012, they were a Receptionist at Hilton Worldwide, where they greeted visitors, answered calls, and handled mail. From 2013 to 2017, they served as an Underwriting Administrative Assistant at Sage Payment Solutions, verifying client documentation and maintaining records. Starting in 2017, they held positions at Nolij Consulting LLC and SeKON Enterprise, Inc. as an Executive Assistant and Project Manager, respectively.

Katrina Santos attended Northern Virginia Community College from 2005 to 2009. During their time there, they pursued a Business Administration degree and successfully achieved an Associate's degree in that field.
