Dan Bilderback

Dan Bilderback has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Dan started their career at Western Pioneer Title Co. in 1996 as a Delivery/Customer Service/Disbursements/Escrow Assistant. Dan was responsible for delivering documents, preparing mortgage loan signings, and recording documents with county recorders. In 2000, they joined SELCO Community Credit Union where they held various roles. Dan started as a Financial Services Associate, assisting with account opening, loan processing, and member service. Later, they became a Loan Officer/Assistant Manager, supervising a team and overseeing scheduling, sales goals, lending, and personnel. In 2006, they transitioned to the role of Talent Development Manager, focusing on developing and training employees. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Talent Development.

Dan Bilderback began their education at the University of Oregon from 1992 to 1994, where they studied History and German. Dan then attended Bushnell University from 1990 to 1994, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. In terms of additional certifications, Dan obtained the "Certified Professional in Talent Development" certification from ATD CI - The ATD Certification Institute in November 2011. It is not specified when they attended the Portland State University-CPLP Program or if they obtained a degree or field of study from there.
