Chandelle Rhodes

Chandelle Rhodes has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Chandelle started their career at OrthoCarolina in 1989, where they worked as a Practice Manager and Hand Therapist until 2000. Chandelle then joined HealthSouth as a Vice President from 2000 to 2007. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Vice President Operations at Select Medical, where they started in April 2007. Chandelle was previously a Vice President at Select Medical for the states of NC, SC, VA, IA, and CO. Chandelle's primary focus is on leading and strategizing with Select's outpatient multi-disciplinary leadership team and implementing the concept of One Select.

Chandelle Rhodes earned a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy/Therapist from Colorado State University in 1984. Chandelle later obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Troy University in 2006. Chandelle Rhodes also holds a certification as a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) from HTCC.
