Lynn Budzinski

Lynn Budzinski has a strong and diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Lynn started their career as an Audit Supervisor at Brown Schultz Sheridan & Fritz in 1989, where they completed financial statement audits and supervised and trained staff accountants. In 1997, they worked as a Senior Accountant at Harsco Corporation, handling daily accounting activities and automating monthly general ledger schedules.

From 1997 to 1999, Lynn served as the Controller at Premier Eye Care Group, Inc., overseeing accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting functions. During their time there, they developed internal control procedures and reengineered corporate processes for cost savings and compliance.

Following that, Lynn joined The Hershey Company as a Financial Accounting Specialist in 1999, coordinating intercompany transactions and assisting with Sarbanes-Oxley documentation. Lynn was also a member of the vision and design teams for the Global Shared Service Center.

In 2011, Lynn transitioned to Rizing HCM, where they worked as a Professional Services Consultant until 2015. Their responsibilities included managing project implementations for SuccessFactors, conducting client discovery meetings, defining requirements, and providing technical expertise. Lynn evaluated the skills and aptitude of diverse customer participants to ensure project success.

Currently, Lynn Budzinski is employed at Select Medical since 2015. Lynn began their tenure as a Senior Accountant and introduced various process improvements within the outpatient division accounting department. Additionally, Lynn developed a training document for new staff accountants and actively participated as a core team member for the implementation of new query software. Lynn now serves as the Accounting Project Lead, driving projects and overseeing their successful completion.

Lynn Budzinski obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a field of study in Accounting from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania in the years 1985 to 1989. Lynn also holds certifications as a Certified Public Accountant from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, as well as certifications in SuccessFactors Certified Professional - Align & Perform and SuccessFactors Certified Professional - Compensation from SuccessFactors.
