Carmen Haworth

Carmen Haworth serves as the General Counsel for Select Milk Producers since March 2025. Previously, Carmen held the position of General Counsel & Chief of Staff at Ag Resource Management from January 2021 to March 2025, where responsibilities included establishing the legal department and providing strategic counsel to enhance company decision-making. Carmen's legal career also includes roles as Assistant General Counsel and Legal Counsel at Riviana Foods Inc., Senior Director at both the Grocery Manufacturers Association and Agricultural Retailers Association, as well as various internships within notable organizations such as the USDA-FAS and the US House Agriculture Committee. Carmen earned a JD from Texas Tech University School of Law and holds an MS in Agricultural Economics from Purdue University, alongside a BS in Agribusiness from Texas Tech University.
