Jose B. has a diverse work experience, starting in 2004 as a Personal Banker at Bank of America where they assisted customers with their banking needs, provided financial advice, and sold services. In 2007, they joined Leprino Foods as a Laboratory Specialist, responsible for testing product attributes to ensure food safety and quality, interpreting test results, and processing documentation. In 2008, they became a Logistics Manager at Quality Milk Sales, where they oversaw the logistics operations of the company.

Jose B. has an Associate of Science degree in General Studies from Eastern New Mexico University-Roswell Campus. Additionally, from 2001 to 2003, they attended The University of New Mexico, where they studied Electrical and Electronics Engineering, but did not complete a degree in that field.
