Phil Hamilton

Phil Hamilton is an experienced IT quality assurance professional with a robust background in managing teams and enhancing software quality across several organizations. Currently serving as Manager of IT QA at Select Sires Inc. since September 2019, Phil previously held the role of IT Manager - Quality Assurance at Western Reserve Group, overseeing teams and leading quality strategy for significant projects. At Snap-on Business Solutions, leadership of senior QA project leads resulted in improved software quality through the implementation of automated testing strategies. Phil's extensive experience also includes managerial roles at Merge Healthcare and technical support at RISLOGIC Inc. Phil holds a B.S. in Business Administration from The University of Akron.
