Preston Sheets

Preston Sheets has a range of work experience in farming, agriculture equipment and parts. Between 2014 and 2023, they worked as a Farm Hand at Roscoe Farms, where they learned how to operate equipment such as tractors, trucks, and combines, and at Lou-Ida Farms, where they completed various tasks such as feeding heifers and calves, cleaning pens, moving animals, breaking heifers and cows to lead, and treating sick animals. In 2019, they worked as a Parts Consultant at Cope Farm Equipment, an authorized John Deere dealership in Northeastern Ohio. In 2020, they worked as a Marketing Intern at John Deere, and in the following year, they worked as a Marketing Intern at Select Sires Inc. Preston currently works as a Dairy Data Specialist at Select Sires Inc.

Preston Sheets completed their high school education at Lakeview High School in 2018 and received their Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture Systems Management with a minor in Dairy Science from The Ohio State University in 2022. From 2022 to 2023, they attended Cornell University and earned a Master's degree in Dairy Science with a focus on Animal Sciences. Additionally, they obtained two certifications: Artificial Insemination from COBA/Select Sires Inc. in 2019 and OSHA Ten Hour Card from The Occupational Safety and Health Administration in 2019.
