Jason Zapata

Jason Zapata has over a decade of experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as a Commercial Underwriter at Selective Insurance since September 2019. In this role, Jason organizes Microsoft Teams portfolio meetings to discuss renewal quotes and develops rate and risk management strategies using account databases and agency score cards. Prior to this position, Jason worked at Kemper Corporation as an Insurance Agent from March 2012 to September 2019, holding licenses in Casualty and Property Insurance and demonstrating expertise in the reconciliation of commercial lines. Jason holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Scranton, earned between 2005 and 2008.
