Mahesh Pippalla

Mahesh Pippalla has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Mahesh started their career at Optimus Global Services Ltd in 2007 as a Customer Support Officer. In 2009, they joined Selectsys America Inc as a Process Associate and gradually worked their way up to become a Senior Manager of Business Operations, a position they currently hold. During their time at Selectsys America Inc, Mahesh also served as an Assistant Manager of Operations, Project Lead, and Senior Process Associate. In 2015, they took on the role of Operations Manager at Remote Books Online, where they managed and supervised the bookkeeping staff. Mahesh has gained extensive knowledge and experience in various areas such as improving operational systems, process optimization, management reporting, information flow, people management, business process planning, and customer support.

Mahesh Pippalla obtained a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Sri Venkateswara University. In addition, they have earned certifications as a Xero Advisor from Xero in September 2018 and as a QuickbooksOnline 2017 Certified Professional from Quickbooks Software in December 2016.
