Al Capuano serves as an Adjunct Professor at Indiana University Bloomington since September 2010, teaching graduate online Safety Management classes in the School of Public Health, Applied Health Sciences Department. Prior to this role, Al Capuano had three years as a Lecturer before transitioning back to adjunct status in the fall of 2018. Additionally, Al Capuano is the President of QSM Consultants, providing safety coaching to corporate CEOs and Presidents since June 2008. Previous experience includes serving as Vice President at Heritage Group Safety from July 1987 to January 2010, where management of safety consultants was a key responsibility. Al Capuano's academic credentials include a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and Administration from Brigham Young University, a Master's in Health & Physical Education from Kent State University, and a Bachelor's degree in Health and Physical Education/Fitness from Wittenberg University.
