Johanne Miller

Johanne Miller is a Senior Web Operations and UX Specialist at NRECA since January 2023. With a diverse background as a UX Strategist for self-employment since December 2019, Johanne has expertise in creating user experiences through design thinking methodologies. As Chapter Manager for Hexagon UX, Johanne co-founded the DC chapter to empower women and non-binary individuals in tech, successfully growing membership to 400 within four months. Contributions as a Content Writer for UX Collective involve sharing UX processes with a global audience. Previous roles include UX Designer at Caribou, where Johanne enhanced task efficiencies and addressed accessibility issues, and UX Designer/Project Manager at PearlLumi Creative, focused on agile project management and user-centered design. Earlier experience as a Lead Teacher at Chesterbrook UMC Preschool involved managing classrooms and optimizing learning experiences. Johanne holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from De La Salle University.
