Jana Brevick is a self-employed fashion stylist who has been working since 2005. In this role, they have been responsible for art direction, wardrobe and prop styling, and jewelry specialty and tailoring. Jana has worked on various projects including editorial, online and print catalog products, and still and video shoots. Jana has also been a member of the SOIL Artist-Run Gallery since 2002. Prior to this, they worked as an artist and jewelry designer, specializing in object making, custom design, and engagement and wedding rings since 1991. From 1998 to 2007, Jana worked at the Facere Jewelry Art Gallery where they focused on art jewelry and antique jewelry sales, education, and custom design.
Jana Brevick began their education in 1988 at the University of Idaho, where they pursued an Associates Degree in Jewelry & Apparel Design. Jana then went on to attend Western Washington University from 1991 to 1994, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Apparel Design. Following this, Jana Brevick enrolled at the University of Washington from 1996 to 1999, where they obtained a BFA degree with a focus on Metal Design under the guidance of Mary Lee Hu. In 2021, Jana Brevick continued their education at the PXL-MAD School of Art, specializing in Jewelery with a degree program called MASieraad H+A. Currently, from 2021 to 2023, Jana Brevick is pursuing a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) degree at MASieraad.
