Mahatma Michael possesses extensive experience in the fashion retail industry, having worked as a self-employed fashion stylist since January 2017. Prior to this, Mahatma held multiple roles at Office Shoes, serving as Assistant Store Manager at Offspring Commercial Street, where responsibilities included leading a team of six, managing recruitment and training, and maintaining trade reporting and KPIs. Additionally, Mahatma was the Assistant Concession Manager in the Offspring Women's shoe department at Selfridges, overseeing the concession's operations and staff development. Earlier experience includes a position as Deputy Department Manager at Urban Outfitters, where Mahatma also led the menswear team.
