Aisling Halligan currently serves as a Development Education Officer at Self Help Africa, focusing on initiatives to combat hunger and poverty in rural Africa since February 2020. Prior experience includes a role as PR and Marketing Officer at Music Network Ireland from January 2016 to October 2019, and a piano teacher in a private capacity from June 2011 to May 2019. Aisling has held various positions in the arts sector, including Duty Manager at The Helix and multiple roles at the Tiger Dublin Fringe Festival and St. Patrick's Festival, specializing in press and public relations. Educational qualifications include a Postgraduate Diploma in Event Management and PR from Fitzwilliam Institute Group, an Associate Diploma in Pianoforte Teaching from the Royal Irish Academy of Music, and a Bachelor's Degree in Music Performance from Maynooth University.
