Hope Thomas has a strong background in administrative support, account management, and project coordination. They started their career in 2006 as a Lead Staffing Specialist at MAU Workforce Solutions, where they were responsible for recruiting and hiring temporary employees. They then joined Windstream Communications in 2007, initially serving as a Project Coordinator, where they coordinated and implemented customer installations of voice and data services. After that, they transitioned to a Sales Support - Account Management role, supporting account managers and streamlining salesforce service proposals. In 2016, Hope joined Michelin as a Short Term Disability Account Coordinator, monitoring medical leave requests and managing medical data collection. In 2017, they moved to Willson Jones Carter & Baxley, P.A. as an Accounts Payable Specialist, handling financial processes, and later took on the role of Operations Assistant, providing strategic administrative support. Currently, they are working at Self Insured Reporting as an NQTL Account Manager.
Hope Thomas attended Johnson C. Smith University (JCSU) from 1993 to 1997, where they focused on studying Mathematics. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a Notary Public certification from the State of South Carolina in December 2015.
