Jennifer Pancione has over 18 years of work experience. Jennifer began their career in 2002 as a Waitress, Hostess, Personal Assistant, Office Manager, Sales and Marketing Manager at Ivy's Café, where they organized daily management of the restaurant, including reservations, accounting, ordering, and advertising, and arranged a Gala benefiting WALK F.A.R. In 2003, they moved into the role of Personal Assistant and Administrative Assistant at Charles Piscatelli. In 2008, they joined Cricket Communications as an Indirect Service Specialist, where they provided the most current marketing tools/materials, educated on recent promotions/upcoming products, encouraged new and exciting marketing ventures, obtained a weekly store inventory, and supported all questions/concerns for 20+ stores in the Pittsburgh Indirect channel. In 2010, they were appointed Market Director at Smart TurnKey. In 2011, they worked as Office Manager at Luiman Real Estate, Inc. From 2013 to 2019, they held the positions of Executive Assistant at American Realty Capital and AR Global Investments, LLC. Since 2019, they have been the Business Development Manager at Self-Service Networks.

Jennifer Pancione attended Ligonier Valley from 1997 to 2001 and earned their High School Diploma. Jennifer then attended Allegheny College from 2001 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.
