Laurie Ericson

Laurie Ericson is a seasoned technology and business change leader with extensive experience in program and portfolio management across various organizations. Currently serving as Head of Technology, Delivery and Head of Strategic Portfolio at Selfridges since May 2021, Laurie has successfully implemented governance models and processes for diverse delivery methodologies, while managing a team and presenting strategic updates to the executive team. Previously at Dunelm, Laurie drove significant transformation initiatives and led a major website replatforming project. Throughout a career spanning roles at ACHICA, Marks and Spencer, GAME, Argos, and Severn Group, Laurie has consistently focused on aligning technology with business objectives, enhancing customer services, and facilitating agile transformations. Laurie holds an MBA in Project Management from Henley Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Business Administration from Brandon University.
