Randolf Luttner has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2009 as a Sales Assistant at Krones AG. In 2010, they worked as a Student Research Assistant at the Chair of Business Informatics at Katholische Universität Eichstätt-Ingolstadt. In 2011, they held internships as a Consultant at both Roland Berger Strategy Consultants and Batten & Company (BBDO Consulting). That same year, they also worked as an Assistent to the Management at Kuponjo GmbH (start-up). In 2013, they were a Project Member/Student Consultant at Service Science Factory and an Intern/Volunteer at Fontes Foundation. From 2014 to 2018, Randolf worked as a Consultant at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where they were a core member of the Healthcare and Corporate Strategy & Finance practice groups. Randolf also pursued an MBA at the University of Oxford during this time. Finally, in 2019, Randolf joined the founding team of Selina Finance as VP Strategy & Ops and a Management Board Member. In this role, they led major projects such as Operational Excellence, the launch and build of Selina's direct to consumer channel, the initial buildout and launch of Selina's scalable tech/lending platform, and Selina's successful FCA application/authorisation. Randolf also worked as a Director/Investor at Oxford Seed Fund in 2018.

Randolf Luttner has a diverse educational background. Randolf began their studies in 2008 at the Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt, where they earned their B.Sc. in Business Administration in 2012. During their studies, they also completed an exchange semester at San Diego State University in 2010 and a summer school at the London School of Economics and Peking University in 2009. Randolf then went on to pursue a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in International Business - Track Strategy and Innovation at Maastricht University in 2012, followed by a M.Sc. in Management at Universidade Nova de Lisboa in 2014. Finally, they completed their education with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Oxford in 2019.
