Francisco Badilla

Francisco Badilla's work experience includes various roles in human resources and education. Francisco has worked as a Regional People Director for Selina, where they were responsible for implementing HR policies, talent management, and organizational development strategies. Prior to this role, they served as a Human Resources Manager for Selina in multiple countries, focusing on talent management, recruitment, training, and compensation. Francisco also has experience as a professor at Universidad Latina de Costa Rica and has worked as an Owner at Viden Solutions. Francisco has taught at other universities and has worked in finance and accounting roles as well.

Francisco Badilla holds a Master's degree in Human Resources from the Universidad Estatal a Distancia de Costa Rica, which they obtained from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they completed a Master's degree in Business Management from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona from 2013 to 2014. Francisco also holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the Universidad de Costa Rica (UCR), which they earned from 2006 to 2012. Additionally, they completed teaching studies in Mathematics at UCR from 2006 to 2011.
