Jen W.

Jen W. has a diverse work experience in the field of compliance and ethics. Jen started their career as a Legal Assistant at Porsche Cars GB Ltd. in 2004 and later worked as a Group Corporate Counsel at Ferguson Enterprises from 2005 to 2013. Jen then served as a Senior Legal Counsel at Wolseley Canada Inc. in 2013, where they developed and implemented compliance programs. Jen also worked at Ferguson Enterprises as a Group Compliance, Legal Development and Training Manager from 2013 to 2016. Jen then joined Sumitomo Electric Industries, Ltd. as a Senior Ethics & Compliance Counsel, EMEA for a brief period in 2017. Later in 2017, they became the Group Head of Regulatory & Legal Compliance at Inchcape plc until 2020. From 2020 to 2021, Jen held the positions of Head of Compliance and Director of Compliance & Ethics at Belmond. In 2022, they worked as the Group Head of Ethics & Compliance at Entain before transitioning to their current role as Legal Director - Compliance & Ethics at Selina.

Jen W. completed their Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree at Nottingham Law School from 2001 to 2004. In 2005, they pursued a Bar Vocational Course at BPP Law School. In 2008, they obtained the certification of being admitted as Solicitor of England & Wales from the Solicitors Regulation Authority. Later, from 2009 to 2011, they earned a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Human Resource Management from the University of West London. Most recently, in 2021, they completed a Diploma from The Coaching Academy.
