Nicole Busse Ramírez

Nicole Busse Ramírez is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in the hospitality sector. Currently serving as the B2C Manager at Selina since October 2018, Nicole is responsible for annual marketing strategies across several countries in LATAM and the EU, while managing budgets and expenditures. Previously, as the Regional Marketing Manager for Costa Rica, Guatemala, and Nicaragua, Nicole developed marketing plans for 14 hotels and led campaigns that increased revenue across various departments. Nicole's background also includes roles as Sales and Marketing Manager at Selina Hotel in Jaco, Marketing and Sales Coordinator at Costa Rica Luxury Vacation Rentals & Tours, Executive Assistant at Wiköl S.A., Sales Associate at VEMSA TRAVEL, and Customer Service and Sales Representative at Aspen Skiing Company. Nicole holds a Master's degree in General Sales, Merchandising and Related Marketing Operations from EAE Business School, as well as Bachelor's degrees in Advertising and Public Relations/Image Management from Universidad Latina de Costa Rica.
