Paola Medina

Paola Medina has extensive work experience in quality assurance (QA) roles. Paola started their career in 2006 as a QA Specialist at PSL, where they were responsible for planning test cycles and designing test scripts. Paola then worked as an Auditor, conducting research and identifying improvements for compliance with ISO standards.

In 2011, Paola joined Ceiba Software House as a QA Analyst, where they redesigned verification and validation processes and implemented CMMI best practices. Paola also researched Peer Review best practices and designed a Peer Review process to strengthen the company's quality assurance.

At Universidad EAFIT, Paola served as a QA Lead, leading software quality assurance and designing quality processes. Paola also provided training to future testers in testing processes and tools.

At SproutLoud Media Networks, Paola held various QA positions. As a QA Analyst, they designed test cases and executed tests to ensure product quality.
