The board of directors at Selkirk College is made up of individuals with experience in the education and literacy industry. The current Executive Director is from Decoda Literacy Solutions, and the Communications Manager is from Columbia Basin Alliance for Literacy. In the past, the Manager/Director of Programs and Services was also from Decoda Literacy Solutions, and the Regional Program Manager was from Columbia Basin Alliance for Literacy (CBAL). All members of the board have at least some education in Adult Education, from Vancouver Community College, and some also have a degree from Thompson Rivers University in English & History.
