Alex Dyachkov

Alex Dyachkov's work experience includes a role as the Director of Customer Success at Seller Labs since June 2019. Prior to this, they held various roles at X-Cart, including Head of SEO department from August 2016 to May 2019, Head of Hosting department from August 2013 to May 2019, and Head of Customer Support department from May 2005 to May 2019.

Alex Dyachkov received a Bachelor's degree in IT in Economy from Ulyanovsk State Technical University, where they studied from 2002 to 2007. Alex has also obtained additional certifications, including the Verified International Academic Qualifications from World Education Services in April 2022 and a Certificate in Advanced English (Level C1) from the University of Cambridge in June 2011.
