Petar Kosev has worked in various roles since 2014. In 2021, they began working as a Manager for Sellercloud. From 2016 to 2021, they worked at TELUS International Bulgaria, where they held the roles of Real Time Analyst, Team Leader, Subject Matter Expert, Sales Representative, and Customer Service Agent. As Real Time Analyst, they were responsible for monitoring the call flow in real-time, ensuring all calls were handled in a timely manner meeting and exceeding SLA. As Team Leader, they provided administrative support to a team of developers and customer service representatives, project managers, and QAs. Petar Kosev attained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of National and World Economy from 2016 to 2021. Prior to that, they studied English Language and Literature, General at the First English Language School Sofia from 2011 to 2015.
