Andressa Vargas Ribeiro

Andressa Vargas Ribeiro has work experience in customer service and customer experience. Andressa started their career at PUCRS - Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul in 2013 and worked there in the role of Customer Experience until August 2022. In 2022, they joined SellersFi and currently works in a customer service role.

Andressa Vargas Ribeiro has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Economics and Finance, which they obtained in 2021 from Faculdade Focus. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences, specializing in General Biology, from ULBRA. Andressa started their studies in 2008 and graduated in 2016.

In addition to their formal education, Andressa has obtained certifications in Customer Service. Andressa completed the "Fundamentos do Atendimento ao Cliente" certification in March 2022 from LinkedIn, and also obtained the "Liderança no Atendimento ao Cliente" certification from the same platform and month.
