Jessica Cummins, MSHRM has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jessica is currently serving as the Executive Director of Human Resources at SellersFi, where they lead all HR operations for the Series A FinTech company. Jessica'sresponsibilities include talent acquisition, employee engagement, organizational development, and compliance. Jessica is also involved in policy and procedure development, special projects, and creating a positive working culture.

Prior to their current role, Jessica worked at Giordanella Holdings for over a decade as the Human Resources Manager. Jessica oversaw various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, policy development, employee relations, payroll, benefits, performance management, workman's comp claims, and strategic planning. Jessica also tracked and reported on key performance indicators during their tenure.

Before joining Giordanella Holdings, Jessica worked at Protective Products International as a Customer Relations Associate. Jessica gained valuable experience in handling customer relations during their time there.

Jessica started their career at First Magnus Financial as a Loan Processing Manager. Jessica held this position for several years before moving on to take on new challenges.
