Mark Rando, ITIL

Mark Rando has 10 years of experience in the IT field. Mark began their career in 2006 at MEDITECH as a Programmer/Analyst. In 2009, they joined Iatric Systems as an Interface/Integration Programmer. In 2019, they joined Selux Diagnostics, Inc as Manager of IT and Connectivity, as well as an Integration Engineer / Security Engineer.

Mark Rando, ITIL holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems/Computer Science from UNH Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics, which they obtained between 2002 and 2006. Mark also holds several certifications, including NCSP Awareness Training from itSM Solutions LLC, obtained in April 2020; a C# Tutorial Course from SoloLearn, obtained in January 2020; a Javascript Tutorial Course from SoloLearn, obtained in January 2020; the ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from PeopleCert, obtained in November 2019; and the ITIL® Foundation CPD from AXELOS Global Best Practice.
