Emma Lee (Eunkyung)

Emma (Eunkyung) Lee has a strong background in finance and accounting, with their most recent role being the VP of SEC reporting, technical accounting, and M&A integrations at Sema4 since 2021. In this position, Emma led the completion of the deSPAC process, ensuring accurate and timely filings for registration statements, Form 8-Ks, proforma financials, and proxy statements. Emma (Eunkyung) successfully filed the first Form 10-K and 10-Q for a newly listed company.

Prior to Sema4, Emma worked at Ernst & Young for over 13 years, starting in 2007. Emma (Eunkyung) served as an Audit Senior Manager, overseeing teams of 4-8 members and working across various industries. Emma completed the East region quality network residency program, specializing in PCAOB inspections, controls audit, and internal training. Emma (Eunkyung)'sexperience at Ernst & Young also included serving as a lead senior manager for large listed clients, gaining expertise in engagement economics, managing accounting issues, and SEC filing reviews.
