Agnes Koh

Agnes Koh (IHRP-CP) currently serves as a Senior Human Resources Manager at Sembcorp Industries Ltd since April 2021, leading a team of four staff to manage HR services for Global Business Units. Previously, Agnes held the position of Human Resources Manager at SembWaste Pte Ltd from October 2007 to December 2019, where oversight included HR operations and managing a team of seven, focusing on employee lifecycle management for both white-collar and rank & file workers. Agnes's career began as an Admin Executive at Soon Kiat Thong Construction Pte Ltd from March 1995 to January 2004, followed by a Human Resources Executive role at SembVisy Recycling Pte Ltd. In terms of education, Agnes is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management and Organisational Psychology at Edinburgh Napier University and also at SHRI, in addition to obtaining a Diploma of Education in Business & Human Resource Management.
