Steve Kee

Steve Kee has over 20 years of work experience in various roles within the rewards and engagement field. Steve most recently served as the Vice President of Total Rewards at Sembcorp Industries Ltd, starting in December 2018. Prior to that, they worked at GIC for seven years as the Vice President of Rewards & Engagement. From 2007 to 2010, they were the Rewards Manager at Philips, and from 1999 to 2007, they held roles as a Senior Administrator and Senior Engineer at TECH Semiconductor.

Steve Kee has a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the National University of Singapore, which they obtained from 1995 to 1999. Steve also attended National Junior College from 1991 to 1992, where they studied Science. Prior to that, Steve Kee studied Science at Raffles Institution from 1987 to 1990. Steve completed their primary education at Alexandra Hill Primary School from 1981 to 1986. Alongside their formal education, they have obtained certifications in HR Business Acumen from INSEAD, including Stakeholder Management for HR Leaders and Financial Acumen for HR Leaders.
