Ludimila Souza

Ludimila Souza is an experienced product analyst currently working at Semcon since January 2021, where responsibilities include planning and controlling mechanical and electrical team activities for the development of repair manuals and troubleshooting guides, as well as establishing development sequences and priorities to meet client timelines. Prior to this role, Ludimila worked at act digital from April 2018 to December 2020, focusing on technical literature and the development of repair manuals for mechanical components for Volkswagen Caminhões e Ônibus dealerships. Ludimila holds a Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering from Faculdades Dom Bosco (2012-2016), a Technical degree in Marketing from ETEC - Escola Técnica Estadual de São Paulo (2010-2011), and is currently pursuing a postgraduate specialization in Project Management at PUC Minas (March 2023 - March 2024).
