Loy Allen

Loy Allen is a retired individual who has had a successful career in the field of IT consulting and management. Loy has held various titles such as Principal Consultant at NTT DATA, Global Solution Architect at Dell, and Director in IT Strategy and Transformation Consulting. Loy also has experience as a Manager at AMR, leading teams of application developers, and as an Analyst at the Federal Reserve Bank. Loy holds a BA in Economics from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis.
