Alua Suleimenova

Alua Suleimenova is a Senior Program Manager for Global Sustainability at Marvell Technology, with a strong focus on climate strategy, sustainability reporting, and GHG emission reduction. Notable accomplishments include establishing Marvell's first science-based target for GHG emissions, developing a corporate Climate Action Plan, and leading the production of multiple ESG reports. Alua also serves as the Working Group Lead for Environmental Risk Mitigation and Reporting at SEMI, guiding the semiconductor industry in environmental risk assessment and reporting. Additionally, Alua mentors MBA students in sustainability consulting projects at the University of California, Berkeley, and has previously provided sustainability advisory services to multiple Fortune 500 companies at WSP. Alua holds degrees in Environmental Science and Water Science and Engineering from prestigious institutions, complemented by experience in various climate policy and sustainability roles.
