Persi Panariti

Research Scholar at Semiconductor Research

Persi Panariti's work experience began in 2017 as an intern at Brightlands Chemelot Campus, where they synthesized silica-supported vanadium catalysts and characterized compounds. In 2018, Panariti worked as an external bachelor thesis student at the University of Florida, conducting research on the synthesis and evaluation of a precursor for Chemical Vapor Deposition of WOx thin films. They then joined Illinois Institute of Technology as a teaching assistant in 2019, where they assisted students in conducting organic syntheses and graded their lab reports and assignments. In 2020, Panariti became a graduate research assistant at Illinois Institute of Technology. Currently, they are a research scholar at the Semiconductor Research Corporation, investigating new oxidants and designing new etch reagents for Atomic Layer Etching (ALE) of copper, as well as synthesizing metal oxide thin films using Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD).

Persi Panariti pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry at Maastricht University from 2015 to 2018. After completing their undergraduate studies, they began their doctoral studies at the Illinois Institute of Technology in 2019. Panariti is expected to complete their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Chemistry from the Illinois Institute of Technology in 2024. Their educational background is solely based on the information provided and does not include any assumptions beyond these experiences.
