Jarl Arntzen

Jarl Arntzen has a strong background in user experience (UX) and design, with extensive experience in various roles throughout their career. Jarl started in 1999 as a Designer at Turbin and Web Byrået Turbin AS. In 2001, they worked as a Freelance Designer at Useful.no before joining Digimaker in 2002, where they served as the main responsible UI designer for the Digimaker CMS. Jarl then worked at Ventelo from 2006 to 2007, where they were the main responsible for designing and implementing a new, efficient user interface for the company's main internal subscription management system.

From 2007 to 2015, Jarl Arntzen worked at Kongsberg Oil & Gas Technologies as a User Experience Designer, with a focus on user interface and interaction across all products in the SiteCom Discovery suite for server, desktop, and mobile platforms. Jarl also had project management responsibilities for Discovery Mobile with the Bangalore team.

Jarl moved on to work at Frontbyte from 2015 to 2016 as a Senior UX Designer before joining GoTreatIT®Cloud as a Senior UX Designer for a brief period from July 2016 to December 2016. Then, they worked as a Senior UX Designer at Bilagos AS from December 2016 to January 2018.

Most recently, Jarl Arntzen joined Semine - The intelligent platform for automation in May 2022, where they hold the role of UI / API Test Automation Lead. Their work experience reflects a strong focus on user experience design and implementation, project management, and a consistent user experience across various platforms and devices.

Jarl Arntzen pursued their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Graphic Design from Solent University between 1997 and 1999.
