Martine Solberg

Martine Solberg has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Martine currently serves as a Project Delivery Manager at Semine, where their main responsibility is overseeing the successful delivery of projects related to implementing SEMINE for clients. Martine works closely with clients to understand their business needs and objectives, as well as their existing technology infrastructure and processes, in order to leverage the full potential of their technology investments.

Prior to their current role, Martine worked at PwC as a Manager, where they were responsible for onboarding new customers and implementing ERP systems such as 24SevenOffice and Xledger. Martine also gained experience in setting up and building reports in Bizview. Before that, they held the position of Senior Associate at PwC, where they served as a Project Manager.

Martine also has experience working at IKEA Group, where they held various roles including Business Analyst, Project Manager, and Accounting Co-worker/Local project member. As a Business Analyst, they were responsible for reporting, consolidation, and coordination at the country level, as well as performing business analysis to support decision-making. As a Project Manager, they drove the transition of HR services to IKEA Shared Service Centre in Poland and was responsible for project management, change management, and implementation of new IT solutions.

Additionally, Martine has worked as a Personal Assistant at Bergen kommune and as a Member of the International Business Project (IBP), where they explored and defined market opportunities for Norwegian companies in emerging markets.

Earlier in their career, they gained experience as an Accounting Co-worker at IKEA Norway, where they focused on coding invoices and bookkeeping. Martine also served as the Vice President of Incoming Exchange at AIESEC, where they created international internship opportunities for students in Norway and led a team of 5 people.

Martine's work experience also includes a role as a Social Worker (Stipendiat) at Valdres Folkehøgskole.

Martine Solberg completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business/Managerial Economics from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) from 2010 to 2013. Martine then pursued an Executive Master of Management degree in Human Resources Management from BI Norwegian Business School, which they completed from 2017 to 2018. Prior to their university education, Martine attended Valdres Folkehøyskole in 2008-2009, although the degree name and field of study are unspecified for that period. In high school, they attended Wang Toppidrettsgymnas from 2005 to 2008, where they obtained their High School diploma. Martine also possesses two additional certifications: "Certified Professional- Lønn og reise" from Xledger (obtained in September 2019) and "Project Management" from PRINCE2 Foundation (obtained in May 2013).
