Brent Cook

Brent Cook has a diverse work experience in the food and beverage industry. Brent most recently served as the Vice President of Food and Beverage at Seminole Casino Coconut Creek since April 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President of Food and Beverage at New York-New York Hotel & Casino from June 2017 to May 2020. Brent also worked as the Executive Director of Food and Beverage at the same hotel from August 2012 to June 2017.

Before their time at New York-New York Hotel & Casino, Brent held the role of Director of Restaurant Operations at Caesars Entertainment Corporation from February 2007 to September 2012. Brent also served as the Director of Food and Beverage at Grand Sierra Resort from 2004 to 2007.

In addition, Brent has experience at Reno Hilton as the Assistant Director of Catering, Banquet Bar & Special Event Beverage Manager, Restaurant Manager/Maitre D', and Food & Beverage Cost Analyst from 1995 to 2004.
