Carlos Vazquez is a seasoned IT project manager with extensive experience in public sector technology initiatives. Currently serving as a Team Lead and Senior IT Project Manager II for Seminole County Government since February 2022, Carlos oversees project managers and business analysts within the Information Technology Solutions Delivery Group, focusing on planning, delivery, and effective communication across county agencies. Previously, Carlos held various roles, including IT and Communication System Manager for The City of Miramar and HR System Analyst for Collier County Public Schools. Carlos's career in technology began at Florida International University as an Information Technology Help Desk Manager, leading to positions in technical support and systems analysis. Carlos holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems and Services from Florida International University and has attained multiple professional certifications, including PMP®, ACP®, PSM™, and MCP.
