Michael Burton

Michael Burton is currently the VP of Engineering & Technology at Semios, where Michael is responsible for the global Engineering and Technology strategy, projects, and teams to support business growth and maintain a competitive advantage. Before joining Semios, Michael worked as a Director of Engineering, contributing to high-level business conversations and decisions as a senior leader. Michael has also held roles as a Senior Embedded Engineer at Semios, a Senior Software Developer at Ericsson, and a Software Engineer at Ciena. Michael holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from Memorial University of Newfoundland and a Sommelier Certification from Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology.
