Barry Sullivan

Barry Sullivan is the Managing Director at Semler Brossy. Barry has over 15 years of experience in human resources and compensation consulting. Barry has worked with clients of all sizes, from Fortune 500 companies to small businesses.

Barry started their career at Mercer in August 2004 as a Senior Consultant. In this role, they provided advice and counsel to Boards and senior management on a variety of topics, including financial performance measurement, pay levels and practices, annual incentive design, equity compensation design, sales incentive design, and salary structure design.

In December 2007, Barry left Mercer to join Semler Brossy, where they now lead the firm's consulting practice. Barry is a recognized expert in the field of executive compensation and has been quoted in The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, and Bloomberg Businessweek.

Barry Sullivan has an MBA from the Gies College of Business - University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
