Zuleika Questell

Zuleika Questell has extensive work experience in the field of training and development in the healthcare industry. Zuleika began their career in 1998 as a Staff Nurse at the Medical College of Pennsylvania and later worked as a Senior Staff Nurse at Paoli Memorial Hospital. In 2000, they transitioned into pharmaceutical sales and worked as an Executive Pharmaceutical Sales Representative at GSK until 2005.

From 2005 to 2010, Zuleika joined Covidien (Medtronic Minimally Invasive Therapies Group) and held various roles in professional training and development, including Field Conversion Specialist, Manager, and Director. During their time at Covidien, they played a key role in establishing and leading the Australian Training Department, which provided localized training for salespeople and reduced training costs.

In 2010, they moved to Medtronic as the Director of Professional Training and Development for Australia and New Zealand. In this role, they led a team in creating and delivering comprehensive training programs across all product portfolios. Zuleika also collaborated with sales, marketing, and other functions to align the training and development strategy with the broader commercial goals of the organization. Zuleika held this position until 2019.

Currently, Zuleika Questell is working as the Director of Internal Onboarding and Sales Training at Semler Scientific, starting in 2022.

Zuleika Questell obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a specialization in Marketing from Fordham University from 2007 to 2011. Prior to that, they attended Villanova University from 1994 to 1998 and earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree.
