Ilija Kiroski

Ilija Kiroski has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Semos Cloud as a Partner Manager, where they focus on identifying and developing strategic alliances with partners like SAP and Oracle.

Before that, from 2021 to 2022, Ilija worked at EVN Macedonia Elektrosnabduvanje as the Head of Marketing and Product Management. In this role, they were responsible for energy product management, portfolio management, customer retention, acquisition, and various marketing activities. Ilija'steam played a significant role in maintaining over 50% of the market share.

From 2013 to 2021, Ilija held multiple roles at EVN Macedonia. As the Head of Value Added Energy Services from 2019 to 2021, they focused on planning, developing, and implementing a portfolio of value-added energy services, with a particular emphasis on e-mobility, PV, and energy efficiency. Ilija also led the team responsible for expanding the e-chargers network within the country.

During their time at EVN Macedonia, Ilija also served as a Product Manager and a Management Board Executive Assistant, where they handled various aspects of advising and consulting on economic and finance affairs, controlling and reporting, and administrative affairs.

Prior to EVN Macedonia, Ilija gained experience in the non-profit sector. Ilija was a Member of the Presidency at Youth of the Euro-Atlantic Council of Macedonia from 2011 to 2015, with a focus on human resources and event organization. Ilija also co-founded and served as the General Secretary of NGO Equilibrio from 2011 to 2014, where they handled administrative and financial affairs.

Overall, Ilija Kiroski has a broad range of experience in partner management, marketing and product management, energy services, finance, and human resources.

Ilija Kiroski holds a Master's Degree in Monetary economics, finance, and banking from the Faculty of Economics at the University "Ss. Cyril and Methodius". Ilija obtained this degree from 2011 to 2014. Prior to that, from 2008 to 2011, they received a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science and Government from the University St.Cyril and Methodious - Skopje. In high school, from 2004 to 2008, they attended Vasil Antevski Dren - High School of Economics and Law, where they obtained a Law Assistant degree in Law. Additionally, they have acquired additional certifications in Sales Knowledge from SAP Partner Digital and Social Selling Expert in August 2022 and in Data Analytics for Business Decision Making (Python, SQL & Power BI) from Data Masters in December 2021.
