Petra Cepcekova

Petra Cepcekova has extensive work experience spanning various roles and industries. Petra is currently working as the Head of HR Digitalisation and Candidate Experience at SEMPERIT AG, a position they have held since April 2022. Prior to this, Petra worked as an Expert HR Digital Transformation at the same company from September 2018 to April 2022.

Before joining SEMPERIT AG, Petra worked as a People Operations Analyst at CA Technologies from April 2018 to August 2018. Petra also served as an HR Operations Specialist at Automic Software from April 2015 to March 2018 and as an Associate Specialist HR at CSC from November 2013 to March 2015.

Additionally, Petra gained experience as a Praktikantin/Global HR at OMV from April 2013 to October 2013. Their earlier work includes roles as a Kundenberaterin/Verkäuferin at various companies from March 2010 to March 2013.

From 1998 to 2006, Petra attended Bundesgymnasium, Bundesrealgymnasium Klosterneuburg and completed their Matura degree.

From 2006 to 2011, Petra enrolled at WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business) for their studies in Wirtschaftsrecht. However, they did not obtain a degree from this program.

From 2011 to 2014, Petra pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in HR Management at Fachhochschule des BFI Wien.

Following their bachelor's degree, Petra continued their education at the same institution, Fachhochschule des BFI Wien, from 2015 to 2017. During this time, they earned a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Strategic HR Management in Europe.

In terms of additional certifications, Petra obtained the following:

- In 2013, they achieved the certification of Junior Projekmanagerin IPMA Level D from IPMA: International Project Management Association.
