Shelby Wolpa is the founder of Shelby Wolpa Consulting, providing advisory services to CEOs, People Leaders, and Venture Capital Firms, with a focus on scaling people functions and fostering strong organizational cultures within Series A to C companies. Shelby serves as an Insights Advisor at SemperVirens Venture Capital and as an Advisor and Austin Team Lead at PeopleTech Partners. Shelby has held various leadership roles, including Vice President of People Operations at InVision and HR Director positions at Instacart and One Medical Group, contributing to significant organizational growth. Additionally, Shelby served on the board of Worldwide ERC® and worked as an Executive Compensation & Rewards Consultant at Towers Watson. Educational credentials include an ongoing program at Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Texas A&M University.
