Brandon Cooper is currently the CSM Team Lead at Semrush, where Brandon drives a team of Account Managers to retain newly paying customers through value driven conversations, support customer growth, and identify expansion opportunities. With a background in digital marketing and web design, Brandon has been providing customized solutions to customers and increasing customer retention through fostering long-term relationships. Prior to Semrush, Brandon worked at Infinity Digital Agency as a Customer Success Specialist and at TotalWeb Company as a Web Designer and Digital Marketer. Brandon graduated from Bucks County Technical High School with a High School Diploma in Web Page, Digital/Multimedia, and Information Resources Design.
