Radmila Pavlovic

Radmila Pavlovic has several years of experience in HR and recruitment roles. Radmila is currently working as an HR Business Partner at Semrush starting in November 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an HR Business Partner at Accel Club from April 2022 to July 2022. Radmila was also the Human Resources Director at Strategy Partners from November 2020 to November 2021. Before that, Radmila was a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at VK from February 2019 to October 2020. Radmila gained valuable experience in talent management and recruitment during their time at McKinsey & Company, where they served as a Digital McKinsey Professional Development Manager from January 2015 to February 2019 and as a Senior Recruiter from February 2013 to January 2015. Radmila started their career as an IT Recruiter at Sberbank Technologies from January 2012 to February 2013 and at Deutsche Bank from February 2011 to January 2012, where they specialized in positions in banks and investment companies. Prior to their recruitment roles, Radmila worked as a Business Assistant at NIS a.d. Novi Sad from July 2009 to January 2011.

Radmila Pavlovic began their education at Prva beogradska gimnazija from 1999 to 2003. Radmila then attended Univerzitet u Novom Sadu from 2006 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in psychology, with a focus on organizational psychology and management. From 2007 to 2010, Radmila attended Psihopolis institut, where they obtained a degree as a consultant, specializing in transactional analysis. Finally, they pursued a Master's degree in psychology consulting at RUDN from 2010 to 2012.
