Yearit Schneider has a comprehensive background in HR and people operations. They have held various leadership roles in several companies.

At Semrush in 2022, Yearit served as the VP of HR Operations, overseeing HR processes across multiple offices and ensuring compliance with labor laws, while also building relationships with other teams.

Continuing their education in the field of Law, Schneider obtained their LLB degree from Netanya Academic College from 2009 to 2011. In 2011, they also obtained certification as a Certified Mediator of the Israeli Mediator Institute "GOMA". Additionally, in 2012, Schneider obtained certification as a Certified Lawyer from the Israeli Bar Association.
