Alan Bennett

Alan Bennett has a diverse work experience in the field of finance and taxation. Alan started their career at Arthur Andersen as a Tax Accountant in 1996 and later became a Senior Tax Accountant. In 2000, they joined Semtech as a Corporate Tax Manager and later moved up to the position of Corporate Tax Director. In 2006, they became the Corporate Controller at Semtech and then the VP Tax & External Reporting in 2007. Finally, in 2011, Alan Bennett became the Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller at Semtech.

Alan Bennett obtained a Masters degree in Taxation from the University of Southern California in 1995-1996. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, General from California State University, Northridge. Alan also holds a certification as a Certified Public Accountant, obtained from the California Board of Accountancy in August 1999.
